Exposiciones: Times Square crossroads Nueva York, Flat Gallery Berlin, Instituto Cervantes Nueva York.

Clientes (Grey, Delvico, Publicis, La Despensa, Kichen, Implicate, Sheldon, JWT), editoriales (GQ, El País, El mundo, Gentelman, De Viajes, Orizon, El Semanal, MAN, …), TV:(Boomerang, Ida y Vuelta, Videomedia, Globomedia, Notro y Contubernio).

It thrills me that photography is taking a step forward, that we can amplify the photographic language and that we can convert it into a different experience.

I keep on working as a photographer for several reasons, but mainly because photography has the rare ability to excite imagination. I get hypnotized by the abstraction power of the loop, that together with the synthesis capacity of the .gif “cinemagraph”, allow us explaining things that cannot be told other way.

My career path has been scene photography, portrait, travel report and advertising, either for written, on-line or tablet media.

I’ve worked for ad agencies (Grey, Delvico, La Despensa, Kichen, Implicate, Sheldon, JWT), mazine and dailies (GQ, El País, Fuera de serie, Gentelman, De Viajes, Orizon, El Semanal, CNR, MAN, …) and production companies (Boomerang, Ida y Vuelta, Videomedia, Globomedia, Notro y Contubernio).

My personal work is based on the investigation of the sequential art in order to create articulated photography installations accompanied by the stimulus of the atmospheric music. Among them, I would highlight “Emotional Circuit” exhibited in Times Square and “Light Stalker”, at the Instituto Cervantes NYC.

In my professional training as a photographer I’ve been lucky to receive the influence of Amy Arbus, Duane Michals, Eric Weeks, Arlene Collins, Alberto García-Alix, Jansz Kawa, Eli Reed, Nikos Economopoulos, Pedro Meller y Michael Akerman, among others.
